Nie mogę zrobić screen'u.

Cześć. Mam pewien problem. Gdy chcę zrobić screen z gry, wciskam "Prt Sc", wklejam do Painta to zamiast screenu z gry jest czarny obraz. W The Sims 3 jest to samo. Może ktoś wie dlaczego tak się dzieje i jak to naprawić? Pozdrawiam.
