If you want your sim to have a girl, make her eat cookies. I found out about it accidently, when I experimented cookie theory with twins. I never got twins though, from feeding my sims with cookies, I got only girls instead. The same goes for spaghetti. I figured out if your sims eat spaghetti, they will have boys. These thories work for me every time, believe it or not! Then again, my friend overfed her sim with cookies because she wanted a girl in the family. However, her sim had a boy anyway, so it was bad luck for her, lol. For me it always worked though and never let me down yet. Just don't overfeed her, 2-3 bags of cookies is enough or 2 plates of spaghetti for a boy.
