gdzie zainstalowac sterowniki??

ale mam kolejny problem jak juz instaluje te sterowniki to wyswietla mi sie taki komunikat : "Setup was unable to complete the installation. Check the progress log in your Windows directory for more details" i sie wylacza i nie instaluje sie. Próbowałam juz kilka razy instalowac i nic Miał ktoś tak juz?? Co mam robic??
